This Privacy Policy describes how MyanTools collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the mobile application and related support pages.
Information we may collect
- Account information such as email address, phone number, or sign-in provider identifiers
- Usage data needed to provide app features, including transliteration inputs, saved items, and bulk job metadata
- Uploaded files used for supported bulk workflows
- Diagnostic, crash, and basic analytics data used to improve reliability and performance
- Support messages you send to us directly
How we use information
- To operate and improve MyanTools features
- To authenticate users and secure access to account-based functionality
- To save user settings, history, and eligible tool outputs
- To diagnose failures, improve stability, and monitor abuse

Storage and service providers
MyanTools uses Firebase services, including Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions, to operate account, data, and file workflows.
Some current or future language features may rely on third-party infrastructure or AI services to process requests. When used, those services are integrated to support the requested tool functionality.
Bulk jobs and file retention
When you use supported bulk workflows, uploaded files and generated result files may be stored so that you can review job history and re-download outputs.
Bulk job files are retained until you delete the specific job or delete your account, unless a shorter retention rule is required for a particular feature.
Analytics and diagnostics
MyanTools may use analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand usage patterns, identify technical issues, and improve product quality.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion directly in the app. When an account is deleted, the associated account record and related stored user data handled by the deletion workflow are permanently removed.
Children's privacy
MyanTools is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as MyanTools evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
